Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DND Scheduler portal (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Service.

2. Purpose of the Service

The Service is designed solely for tabletop gaming campaign scheduling, RSVP organization, community chat communication, and hosting resource links for the D&D group. It is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Account Responsibility

When you log in via Discord, Google, Magic Link, or Custom Credentials, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session and account details. You agree to notify the administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Code of Conduct

You agree to use the Tavern Chat and RSVP features respectfully. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, hate speech, or abuse directed at other players.
• Spamming messages or attempting to disrupt the chat features.
• Uploading malicious links, scripts, or content into the resources or chat modules.

Admins and Moderators reserve the right to delete messages, demote roles, or restrict access to the Service for violating these guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The developer and administrator make no warranties regarding the uptime, data preservation, or security of the Service. We are not liable for any lost data, character sheet reference links, or chat histories.

6. Changes to Terms

The administrator reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after modifications are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
